Meet up every 2nd & 4th Thursday for Wendell Falls Craft Beer Club, hosted by John Lafleur. Bring a couple craft beers to share with the group. Crew meets up at 7pm on the back patio, overlooking the pool (weather permitting). In cases of inclement weather, they move inside near the fireplace. for more details, join their Facebook group “Wendell Falls Craft Beer”. They sometimes arrange cool events like brewery tours as well!

Sunday October 27th the Farmhouse Cafe Wendell will host its first annual Pet costume parade.
**Registration starts at 3:00 pm with the parade around the great lawn to begin at 4:00 pm.
Spectators are encouraged!! Bring your lawn chairs, grab a hot dog from the Farmhouse Cafe Hot Dog cart, and post up to see the cutest parade of the year.

Every Friday night we have live music from 6-8pm, here at the Farmhouse Cafe. We have a wide array of local talent from around the greater Raleigh area. Live show is always free to attend, tips for the musicians are greatly appreciated but not required.
Music is played rain or shine! In cases of cold/inclement weather, we just move music inside.

With plenty of nice weather ahead of us, this month Chef Patrick will be featuring foods that are great for a picnic. Each course will be paired with wine suitable for sipping on a blanket in your favorite spot! Once you purchase tickets, your name will go on our check in list for entry the day of, no physical ticket will be issued. You will receive an email confirmation for your ticket purchases for your proof of purchase.

On September 15, 2024, the annual Dinner in the Meadow will be held a the beutiful and bucolic Meadow Lane Farm in Louisburg, NC.
The dinner is a fundraiser that supports the Leonard-Mobley Small Farm Fund, a non-profit organization that helps small farms in North Carolina. The fund was established in 2014 and provides grants to support the development and sustainability of small farms in eastern NC. It is named after Marjorie Leonard and Jerry Stephen Mobley, two influential farmers, who's shared vision and commitment to local agriculture continue to inspire the work of the Fund.
Proceeds from the event go towards a $5,000 grant awarded to applicants from eastern North Carolina. The award is intended to improve the operations of the recipient farm to ensure its continuation and long-term success. Join the Dinner in the Meadow to celebrate and support our local farming community.

We are starting a NEW Jazz Night at the Farmhouse Cafe! Starting May 10th at 6pm, The Phil Allen Octet will bed playing once a month (every 2nd Monday). Come check out a great 8 piece band, they are working for tips, so anything you can throw their way is GREATLY APPRECIATED!
Join us at the Farmhouse Cafe on June 8th for Farmhouse Jams. Live music by Mini & The Sandman Band will go from 5 to 8pm. Pat’s Burger Shack will be set up and ready to feed you at 4pm until 8pm. Live music plays down the hill at the pavilion. Bring a chair or blanket to enjoy the show!
